Hi,
Sorry for the OT, but need to find out about scrum master training this morning, and not making sense of what I see on the web.

Anyone done Certified SM or the Scrum Alliance ones?

Do they do them both in the UK, which is better?

Recently did CSM with RippleRock. Was a good course and no waffle, just straight forward useful stuff*

*Please note, I am not associated with the company in any way.

I got mine with Scrum Alliance a few years ago and it was very good - it was taught by Mike Cohn who runs the SA.

Hi. Certified Scrummie of nearly 5 years here. We use a guy called Geoff Watts for our SM training (Inspect and Adapt is his co.) and he is an excellent coach and trainer. He also has published several books of which Scrummastery (on Amazon) is highly recommended. Again, I am in no way associated with him. Mike Cohn is another excellent recommendation but has limited availability as he States based. Let me know if you need any further info. Cheers...

Mike Cohn is great if your company is willing to pay double
Geoff Watts is very good too

Trainer is more important than the association
