So is there any chance of me being able to travel north and enjoy some Scottish isolation?
Not sorted a holiday this year for obvious reasons but could really do with getting away.
What's the current rules etc. with travel and staying in Scotland?
Probably better that you look at the regs and make your own mind up rather than gathering opinions on here.
What he said. You may struggle for accommodation too.
Travel restrictions have been reduced. No accommodation other than self contained self catering for the next couple of weeks tho. Campsites reopening with mitigation after 15th which is when we can wild camp again but many campsites are not opening.
Hotels and the like I don't know
Basically you can come up to scotland but things will remain very restricted for a while yet
What Spin said +1 Also keep chécking the Scottish gov website regularly as the situation can change quickly. See Gretna for an example.
Thanks, been looking at government websites etc but struggling to work out what we can/can't do.
I know it must be hard to use Google but try this link https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-53166816
