Hi all,
I've got quite a clicky left shoulder blade. I expect it could be scapula snapping syndrome. I don't seem to be able to really improve it by stretching, though times I've had a back massage in the past it's temporarily helped.
Anyone out there had this and did anything to help it? I've started with some stretchy band exercises, but just wondered what others have done?

Yep, I have this. Went to GP years ago as was quite concerned when I realised it was occurring.
Tried stretches, physio etc.
Biased muscle workouts at the gym to try to 'correct it' a bit.
Nothing changed it anything noticeable.
I get a real pain under my left shoulder blade at the lower edge, with a tightness all down my left arm to my middle finger! but no one can really explain why or find anything wrong or correct it.
Does yours cause you discomfort?
Mine do that too, but then I've had various shoulder separation and dislcoations, so don't expect them to be in pristine condition. If it doesn't cause significant discomfort (aside from the ick factor), then I wouldn't worry too much. Stretching and trying to get better muscle balance is always a good thing though.
