... by not renting 2067.
Blimey it is as dire as the trailer.
I’m only an hour but I’m not impressed.
I couldn't finish it in one go but I did yesterday.
No spoilers. But mainly as there is little to spoil. The lead character is a bit unloveable and there is too much looking confused all the time.
Somebody please watch it to tell me what I'm missing.
IMDB - 4.7/10 I don't think you're missing much
Curious as to why you spent a fiver on a low-budget movie starring no-one you've ever heard of without even Googling it to see the universally bad reviews! Or why you think anyone else is likely to?!
I Know. Own goal. I can't even blame alcohol as I've cut right down.
Not my most stupid purchase of the last 7 months though.
Pity, I thought the trailer looked ok too, love a good sifi film.
So do you reckon this is worth the gamble...
gets decent reviews, plus can be watched for nowt on Prime I think? Would be less than an hour of your time wasted either way!
Game on.
Last night wasn’t totally ruined. After watching the Galaxy Quest doc on Friday I rewatched the film last night.
can be watched for nowt on Prime
It's either £4.80 or its nowt?
So do you reckon this is worth the gamble…
"questioning why faith-based organizations get special rights. The film firmly argues that God is nonsense and that gods were created long ago to explain the unexplainable in a pre-science era."
" a multi-national group of some young people and some with long white beards who wear colanders on their head. They refuse to remove their respectful metal attire when told that they could not get drivers’ licenses unless they wear the headgear for religious reasons, so they pounce on that loophole and win the right, at least in the ultra-liberal Netherlands, to take their pictures, so long as their faces are clearly shown."
I know I don't need to see it.
Use the money to get Netflix and watch decent films?
Beyond me why anyone gives Amazon more money to "rent" stuff, when they already pay for Prime. Well, it's not beyond me really, but its still a ****ing rip-off.
The pro movie reviews of it seem to be giving it a pretty decent rating over all at the moment. Where as the general public ones are below average. Won't be spending a fiver though....
