Good grief, Kimbers! They're astounding! Congratulations. I hope you're as proud as you should be right now!

He looks regal. Therefore,
Arthur or Henry.

Nice one Kimbers, congratulations. My wife and I had a girl on Wednesday, our 2nd born. You can have our boy name if you like which is Toby.

We struggled with a boys name. We had a girls name planned (we didn't know what sex our little one would be...) but couldn't quite get our heads around a boys name. I liked Peregrine or Stanley but the wife thought I was losing it...!

I'd go with Stanley.

Congrats by the way.

I could give you plenty of real, eyebrow raising examples, but I won't.

We had James as our boy's name and didn't use it as both offspring lack a Y-chromosome.

3 days? Amateurs. We've just done 6 weeks getting in just before the 'legal' deadline. First child was 2 weeks, second 4 weeks. This time we really wanted to annoy people.

Congrats by the way!

Congratulations kimbers, and good luck! They're both gorgeous.

I have always been a bit envious of my brother's name, Luke. It's better than Dave, anyway.

Congrats to you too jekkyl!

Thanks bud.
For baby's name I'd also suggest Rowan, fairly unique as it's not that common and it's not chavvy but not pretentious.

Do you want her to go through life having to spell/explain her name? I frequently had to get people to clarify the spelling of their name when I taught in Australia, but that was for other reasons e.g. 'Pertricia' Also the more unusual spellings and newly formed double-barreled names often signalled the opposite to what was intended by the parents.

Fergus

Oh and congratulations btw.

Girl - Emma Lynn
Boy - Emlyn*

Your welcome and they will thank you for this in later life.

Congrats to you and your ever expanding family

I like dullish names so if you have gone for eleanor - charlie, Tom, Bill, that sort of thing....

Emlyn Hughes really did this to his kids the tit.

A customer I saw recently kept calling her little boy Lucifer. I thought it was a nickname as he was a bit of a destructive little brat but nope, turns out he really was called Lucifer. I can only assume she never intended to have him baptised or christened...

Awwww, how cute are they? I have no idea for a name though, other than to suggest a timeless, simple but classy one like Peter, not so common these days either. (I may of course have already made use of this name in my immediate family)

Any news on names yet Kimbers?
My 7 day old has just puked up a load of milk in the middle of her feed, all change... babygrow & vest, pillow and cover to be washed and new jammas for the mummy. The washing machine is in use constantly!

Ha. There's always a wash to be put on. And while that's doing, there's always something to be folded and put away. 😀

If your surname is Key, might I suggest Alan?

Our first nipper is likely coming a week on monday (elective section) and high on my list (but likely vetoed by Mrs White) is Mallory.

Don't do what a mate did. His wife and he had agreed on Harry as a name, but on the way to the office to register it my mate (a massive star wars fan) decided Harrison would be a better name.

His wife didn't talk to him for two days.

I vote for James. I always do.

🙂

Finn

Jenson

Robin

We had a decent list of girl's names, but not so many boy's names & most of them we were a bit undecided on.
Luckily we had a girl!

Finley Joseph

Luke Anthony

These are my 2 boys, Finley helped name his sister Mia Casey

Casey being the name of one of the power rangers, he only told us this after we had registered her but its a great story

Apparently there was only 35* Garys registered last year (* number may not be correct but it wasn't very many) so there won't be loads of them in his class at school.
