Getting very bored of cheese and piccalilli and I'm sure cheese every day isn't healthy

Anyone come up with any good concoctions?

Stick a couple of bit of jalapeno in it then completely forget whereabouts in the sandwich they are. Can't beat a hot spot sannie.

Guide to the perfect work sandwich.

1) Prepare sandwiches.
2) Pack sandwiches.
3) Arrive at work.
4) Spend the next hour or so obsessing about sandwiches.
5) At 10am, think "Maybe I'll just have one."
6) At 10:05am, throw empty sandwich wrapper in bin, having troughed the lot.
7) At 1pm think "christ I'm hungry." Buy pie and chips from the take-away round the corner.
8 ) Leave work. Pat yourself on the back for having nice healthy sandwiches for lunch. Consider curry and a pint for tea.

This is what I have for breakfast occasionally but it can be lunch too.

Scramble eggs + five or six large mussels + sweet/hot chilli or hot mustard sauce + slices of cucumber.

You can substitute the mussel with other seafood but NOT tuna as tuna really taste shite.

Top man 🙂 even better if you roast a load of peppers and then store them in some garlic infused olive oil for sarnie use
