There will be food, drink, music and competitions for all the family at Sunday's event.A number of local cycling groups are supporting this exciting, friendly, fun event. There will also be the chance to try out free loan bikes to make your own way around the trails, and get your own bike checked by skilled mechanics
Other activities on offer include led mountain bike rides, free loan bikes courtesy of Closer to the Edge & Decathlon, Dr Bike safety checks, local bike retailer stands, bicycle security marking, fastest puncture repair competition, a raffle to win a bike and maps, rides and trail information.
Deputy Mayor Councillor Barbara Price will officially open the trail at the event, which starts at 10am.
