So, I want to buy some e-tickets for a concert that someone is offering via twitter...yes, I know...
Have done as much background checking as I'd know how to, and all seems kosher. The guy just wants FaceValue for tickets, and I'd like to cover his fees with an extra few quid as a gesture of goodwill.
I don't want to use PayPal Gift - so if I use regular PayPal, am I protected to any extent if the tickets don't appear?
