The owner is probably a bit too distracted by the recent plane crash to focus on changing football managers (at least I hope so). That will probably buy Harry some time, and probably why he hasn't acted in the past week when other clubs did. But Harry is showing he just isn't the manager he was lauded as a couple of years ago, and the delay will probably cost them a position in the premier league by the end of the season.
