My old Mazda 626 (Sport don't yer know) is starting to go on
the rear wheel arches. It's been a great car, reliable, comfey
and has a big bike boot. I was thinking of getting them repaired but I'm
not sure it will be cost effective on a 'W' reg motor with 110,000
miles on the clock. Anyone have any idea of repair costs?

IMHO, na, not worth it, just fill any holes with gum/tape 😉
Put the money saved towards a replacment.
Our Mazda 323 had the same problem.
