Hmmm, I kind of agree but, Canadia only have 7 NHL teams compared to the USA's 24 & there's lots of Canadian players playing for US teams.

@bikebuoy They have to prove they are clean. Russia gets no mention or medal count no matter what they do. The Winter Olympics are a big thing in Russia.

Not a joke at all. You can only take action when you have evidence of someone cheating, and they do as and when they get that evidence. And there is a difference between an individual athlete cheating and a state imposed cheating regime where the athletes have no choice.

And to the point about athlete creaming other athletes....well that all depends. it is possible and normal. If an athlete focuses to peak on one event for example and the competitors haven't then that would generate a perfectly explainable difference in performance. Human beings are not machines, they don't deliver perfectly consistent performances every time, there is a lot of variation so a lot of it is about timing of your peak performances relative to other competitors.
