Good morning,
Just after some positive stories of how long before back on feet, bike etc if anyone has had the same, I'm two days post op from what was quite a complicated tear and it feels like it's going to be a long journey back , also any words of wisdom would be great

Ouch. Take your surgeon's and physio's advice. Progress when you feel you can.
