Please don't shout at me but for the first time in my life I'm starting to enjoy running/jogging, but riding will always be number 1.

Are there any SingleTrack style forums and info web sites of the running world that you'd recommend and which ones too avoid?

Ta

The FRA forum is quite good. As is the runnersworld magazine website forum.

as above. runnersworld magazine website forum.

If you are on twitter, I follow both the runnersworld and runnersworldUK, both feeds seems to give good tips and links.

Pretty cliquey as well.

Just ask about running here, and you will soon be getting told to run barefoot.
