The jobs I've had, and still have, involve using a computer (and hence a mouse) a lot. Also I do a fair bit of DIY in my spare time, plus riding bikes. This is all starting to catch up with me, well my right hand/arm. My knuckles are starting to ache and I've got aches/cramps in my forearm.
So far I've switch hands with the mouse, didn't take too long to learn. Is there anything else I could try? I used a foam roller on my forearm and that seemed to help a bit. Are ergonomic mice worth the cost? Any stretches I can do?

😆
If you get on with them ergonomic / upright mice are good or try a rollerball? Some sites/ companies like posturerite.co.uk have a trial can do of stuff. Ask work for a dse assessment - either occ health or health and safety team should do them if nobody trained in own team.
Hse site has some good dse documents about ideal desk set up too.

I'm surprised it took 5 mins to get a response like that 🙂
Wrist support on mouse? Rollerballs are popular around the workplace here.
Might not be anything to do with it mind. Missus B has something similar and she doesn't spend much time on a PC (compared to me, 8hrs a day more or less every day) - a physio friend has taped it and is going to give a better diagnosis for long term action soon.
