Has anyone used RM's keepsafe, to hold mail while they're way from home. Did it work, or did they cock up?

Used it several times over the last 10 years and they only cocked up once (delivered post for the first day). Now use it every time we go away for more than a couple of days. You may not get your held post back on the next/first delivery day it could be the day after.

Well the first impression coming home is that it was a complete waste of money, that's judging by the pile of mail on the mat in the porch, visible from outside. I'll see what RM themselves have to say about it.
