I'm starting to plan next years road trip from July to August time for around 3 weeks.
I want to fly into Bristol and go round cornwall abit because there are wicked trails and I love The Track bike park. From Cornwall any reccomendations from wales to scotland all on the west side mostly to go ride and camp/B+B. Since I left home the bike parks have increased in the UK. I have been to Afan and Coed y Brenin. I'm an Enduro and XC lover.
Cheers for any suggestions.
Bike Park Wales is ace, but book early for uplift.
I would recommend getting out of Devon and Cornwall before the school holidays start at the end of July.
https://www.woodysbikepark.com is a new addition for Cornwall.
Cardinham/lanhydrock & grogley
Gawton although there is no uplift for the foreseeable future
Quantocks/Exmoor/Dartmoor for some big natural rides
I don’t go much north of bristol....
Thanks for the tips.. Will head north as well to wards scotland but not sure if I will make it to Scotland.
I lived in Cornwall back in the day for a year... It can be manick but I go just outside the towns to campsites I know then to the trails close by plus the bike park.. I used to live near portreath and porthtowan.. little roads and too much traffic.. bit manick... but i'm just gona go visit some peeples..
Leave the car at home, a road trip by bike is great fun.

I'm going to cruise up the west cast past manchester see some people then maybe get to the Staines.
Any recommendations in between. Like I see Lee Quarry on the interweb. Any good? Maybe Danny Harts place and Havoc Park
