Shoulda used some greengrocer style luminous stars to brand it with some aggressive apostrophe’sss’
Typhoon Jet’s £50,000,0000 a piece , £75,00,0000.00 for two!
Must be a symbolic thing.
^this, fly to Dubai in a private jet, then greenwash with a bit of chipboard. Job done
Gosh he's tall.
UK now we're out of EU we're cheap!
The King seems to have got main billing. The COP is being held in a Monarchy ruled petro state so that is obviously the natural order of things.
I expect Rishi is talking to a couple of dozen people in hall 37 or something where there is only an OSB box to stand on and one of those portable projectors that salesman bring with them.
@maccruiskeen I'm hearing the Spitting Image Coleman saying "Quite remarkable"!
Must be a symbolic thing.
More shambolic & "everyone one else is going electric in 2035 so there you loose with knobs on" what a childish little twerp we have for pm
I quite like the look of OSB boards if done right.
Can't even get the most eco-friendly bit of board for his gesture.
He's not a details person, just look at his trousers !!!

Me too 😊
Got this in my shed.

Still looks naff. OSB is just not good stuff to work with.
(no offence if you made it)
I’ve seen his hammering skills so I doubt he made it himself…

Yeah I know - all that stuff in the Lighthouse you made was rubbish 🙂

No offence taken. Not everything has to be fine furniture.
Personally I really like the idea of using 'low-grade' materials to make things.
This was only something I knocked up for my allotment shed with the metal drawers taken from a skip and ground to bare steel.
Though in my defense, no, OSB isn't easy to work with particularly and you'll notice here that you do not see a single bare edge.
It's all made up as a hollow box surround with long, crisp mitres on every corner. No edges seen. Not so easy on OSB.
Unlike Rishi's lecturn up there 😊

Sorry, not following, you'll have to .... Enlighten me 😕
I can just imagine the scene:
"The PM's here, he'll be giving a press conference in half an hour. Everything's ready, right?"
"Today??? You're joking, it was supposed to be tomorrow! We haven't even got a ******* lectern!"
"WTF are we going to do???"
It's Rishi's '4 Seasons Total Landscaping' episode.
He's doing a legturn on an Osborne austerity lectern.
Sorry, not following, you’ll have to …. Enlighten me 😕
Must be mixing you up with somneone else 🙂 - was sure you'd done some unit / display building for the Lighthouse back in the day.

For Team Q ?
I didn't build them, it wasnt my fault all those glass shelves collapsed and shattered, wiping out all those expensive Vitra models.
Not me guv, no siree.
I just did the kitchen and some of the shelving units for the offices, and some other bits and pieces. And I didn't wreck anything else*.
.
Besides, I thought those units were fibreboard 😕 Bloody horrible anyhow, and painted a nasty shade of brown.
* That was also someone elses fault too.
... oops
On the side facing Sunak it's gold leaf I bet you.
^^ Not seen Repo Man in years!
Neither have I. Off to look on the web for a copy, unless Roku got something offer.
Got to watch again :-).
After reading this thread I am left with 2 thoughts:
- I never knew badgers' bums were especially rough. I wonder why.
- Kayak23 has an amazing shed.
(Bonus thought #3: I hope I got that apostrophe right...)
