glad to see I wasn't the only BS
BS12 + BS34 here, cos they changed the postcode, not a house move

used to keep my bikes in the shed (with a window)
was convinced there must have been a warehouse in Southmead rammed full of bike relieved from their owners

Also had...
DA12
ME3
SO17 (plenty of bikes nicked there, cops only care about paperwork for the insurance)
GU1
SW15
BS12/BS34
2311WG

Nick, I work at your house once a month. thought it was your other half that rules the place though.... 😉

I like what you've done with the place but it is a bit draughty in areas.

Grew up in L25, spent 6 years in NE3 and the last 18 in YO13,

Had to use Google to check the post code of NE3 and first hit was from Right Move resulting in a HOW MUCH!! moment (5 times what I sold it for) followed by a swap to Google Earth to make sure I had the right house.

Mind, it has had a bit of work done to improve the bathroom and kitchen. The description also made much play of the wonderful front garden with mature and interesting planting. Nice to see how it has matured over the intervening 23 years since I planted it!

I used to live in TN12 if it helps?

Just sussed where that one is.

Back when I was a teenage roadie, ME3 to TN12 was one of my rides (and ME3 to TN15).

Spookily, that's also the villages of my grandfather and ancestors that I never even knew.

And my other grandad apparently used to work for nickc's Mum/Better Half/Gran 😉 (but not there - kind of teleworking) 😉

No point going to BS.

If stories are to be believed, all bikes have already been nicked.

Still convinced there's a warehouse in one of the shonky parts of BS (which are often very right nextdoor to flash bits) full of ebay auctions. If the OP can find that, then go to BS.
