We were self isolating yesterday so we're going to do it all again today with my mum and dad once we've done LFTs. Can't wait.

Lightweight! Bucks fizz here for breakfast, sherry, wine and brandy with/after dinner. Still piles of food and booze today so I'm just going to have to man up and deal with it.

Eggs Black Country for late breakfast. Turkey crown, glazed ham, both gone in the oven for buffet tea, along with tarts, charcuterie meats, a mountain of cheese, Christmas cake, mince pies, spiced apple pie and mascarpone ice cream.

Accidentally increasing my three race average on Zwiftpower to be promoted to C by just over 0.1W/Kg on Xmas Eve was not a clever move... I've put on best part of 1Kg since and there's still loads of indulgent food and snacks left. 😳
