Just got a quote through from a surveyor for undertaking some valuations on our land. Was a little bit taken aback to be frank.
We want a series of valuations but they are all sequential:
Land as is now, land with planning for house, land with house built, then with planning for an extension and with the extension. It should just be a case of working backwards in my mind taking off the build costs each time. I may be over simplifying but struggling to see and no response from the surveyor on a breakdown yet yo see if we can just make do with one or two of the valuations for what we need (and work out the rest from them).
