Any recommendations?

I'll have new tyres to fit, I presume that they can do a decent job as part if the refurb?

It's a little late now but when I did the family car wheels, I had 2 spares available bought from eBay. As these were made good I ordered new tyres from Black Circles and took fresh wheels in and had them fitted. The old tyres taken off the manky wheels which were then sent away for refurb. Worked a treat on standard wheels and I'll get the spare 2 sold off on eBay shortly.

I got Pentland powdercoaters to do a steel frame although they mainly do car wheels and had tyre equipment at their workshop.I was happy enough with the frame they done.

Oh well, they only do all 4 or 1 at a time, and I have no spare.

Anywhere else?

I've used this lot down in Carnwath a few times over the last 15 years and have always been impressed with the price and result. No hesitation in recommending them if you can make the drive down without too much hassle.
