Ordered a frame listed as medium. It was a small.
Spoke to seller and he said to return it.
Clicked the return button ,filled out the details pressed return and it says " seller does not do returns" Clicked on the ebay protection button and it just leads me back to "seller does not accept returns."
How does the seller accept returns?
You’ll need to do it as an “item not as described” case I think.
What type of frame are you after? I've got a medium alloy and carbon forked road frame ready for a new home...
Sensible winter bike type rather than full on race bike.
I’ve said that the frame hasn’t turned up and opened the dispute that way.
Tthew I’ve got a Planet X jack flash frame from their sale thanks.

Problem is, it has. If eBay can see it delivered on tracking they’ll just close the case.
Raise a dispute so its official, it will go to seller, they accept the return, you send. That's how it worked when I got stung (dunno what was wrong because the broken laptop was working again by the time it got back to me).
Clicked the return button ,filled out the details pressed return and it says ” seller does not do returns”
What details did you fill out? As said above raise a case with "Item not as described" and go from there
Whichever option I pressed it just said seller does not accept returns.
The chat bots just led me back to the return page.
If I actually get to talk to someone at eBay I can explain what’s gone on.
