unfortunately it doesn't work properly. I've contacted the seller and they are asking for a video of the problem. They have asked me to contact them ebay message.

The seller has another email address that they have already contacted me on and to which I have replied, sending a link to my 'one drive' a/c and the video of the dodgy torch not working.
Don't bother just open a dispute and get your money back!
I once got asked to send a picture of a missing part. Face, palm, etc.
Yeah, we once had that. OH ordered something random like party ballons or something, two small boxes arrived, one was fine and the second was empty. Seller asked for a photo of the box (presumably to prove that it was empty).
If you want to do as they ask, put video on photobucket and send them the link

ive had great success with resolving faulty goods from china. yes they have wanted photos and vids etc and it has taken a few emails back and forth, but ive always had a second part sent out free of charge once its obvious im not just pulling a fast one, trying to get buy-one-get-one-free.
ebay reputation is a powerful thing. ive always said i will wait to leave feedback until they have time to make amends. i appreciate that at the prices the sell for quality control is often lacking, but ive never had to leave bad feedback once all was resolved. just my 2p worth
edit; yes it looks like you are having a mental block, do as other have said and upload a vid then copy and paste the address

I can't attach a video, the file is too big so I sent a link to the 'one drive' file mentioned above. I have since re-sent the original to another of my email addresses to check that it worked. It did. I will re-send to liuxe2013@fivestarslike.com one more time, give it a couple of days and then make a decision.
Sounds like you've already put more than £6 worth of time into it 🙂
I'd just open a faulty goods dispute through eBay, get your money back and leave it at that.
