Hello,

Very boring question...

I bought some secondhand bathroom sink taps on Ebay, the look a bit (but not much) like these:

The taps are fine but the white washers that go between them and the sink (ie not the ones that keep the water in!) are a bit cracked and could do with replacing before fitting. They are white and a bit rubbery probably about 40mm OD 25mm ID. Any ideas where I could source a couple of washers like these?

Local hardware store? Mine has a draw full of that sort of thing

nickjb - Hmm, those kind of places are thin on the ground round here; but if you want a smashed iphone screen fixing I can show you 15 options

Footflaps - perfect! And yes we do have one of those nearby. I just didn't know what to call the washer. Cheers.
