Well two years after seeing (can't remember who) an Elliot Brown Canford and promising myself one I finally went ahead and got one...

You know what, it's too big for my dainty wrist 🙁

2 years I've hovered over the buy button ha, oh well. It's a right beauty too.

Sometimes things just don't work out right.

That's the one, it was the black face with the oxblood strap.

It's just huge and my wrists are a bit small. Gutted.

How small does my arm look!?

That's the fashion. Post a picture and less the masses decide.

What size is the case? I wear a fairly large watch even though I have smallish wrists, but then again it's all personal taste. Nice watch tho.

No, I'm actually getting used to it. Feels good now. Think it's because I'm used to wearing a thin Pebble Time Round.

That doesn't look too odd, it's certainly not an excessive size - perhaps it's just the sensation of wearing a watch that draws your attention to it - give it time and you won't notice it.

Here's my battered yobokies seiko on my wrist for comparison.

It's the freaks with chest hair on their arms that ruin watches.

That looks fine on.

EDIT: Uh-oh.

It's got a silver (Sunday) brushed face and it looks incredible when it catches the light.

Had it in for a few hours now and forgot it was there.

Loving the oxblood strap too.

It's hairless arms on adult males that freak me out, I doubt Chuck Norris had hairless arms 😀

Normal arm hair. Note the inoffensive tone and understated quantity - enough to denote you are indeed a bloke, without looking like you're about to start flinging bananas everywhere.

I've always liked a big watch, this one is 45mm right on the limit of comfort but I've wanted one for years finally gave in just before Xmas

Did you get the Breitling "Gin Palace" cap and letter?

Bastard impressive.

On a much less grand scale...

#3 = Bullhead
#2 = Monaco
#6 = Sea dweller?

What's #5?

3 correct, 2 correct, I usually have this on a stainless strap, but Steveo straps made me this leather number.
4 is a tag grade date and 5 is a 1972 omega sea master 'hummer' or 300hz cone with tuning fork mechanism.
6 is a deal sea, sea dweller DSSD.

@MoseyMTB - What size are you wrist - circumference and width? I'm thinking about a Canford but have smallish wrists.
