Found a few nice ones in Newton Mearns, Muirend and Shawlands, although even if they do allow pets might have to restrict it to South Side and West End, as I'm only there for a day this week to do some viewings.

Lochlea rd, Newlands, any thoughts on that area?

@ac505

Could offer you a 2 bed in west end (just off Byrnes rd). Athole gardens so no students, mainly lecturers, families etc. £1200/mth. How much of a mink is your cat?

Could you email me a link of it at a.dernikov@gmail.com? Thanks. I'd be interested just to see what it looks like etc.

Newlands is nice. Technically I live in Newlands though Shawlands is the catch all term for most of the surrounding area

If you don't mind, I might take you up on your offer tomorrow and email you the properties I've shortlisted for viewings this weekend.

Out of curiosity, what are the areas near Crookston Rd and Thornliebank station like?
