Evening all. I need a new battery* for childB's laptop which has lain unused for ages and now won't charge
Can't see an original (except via US) so may end up with a generic but I'd rather not piss about with either returning & refunding a shit one or clearing up after a fire.
Anyone know of a reputable vendor / mfr ?

I ended up buying a used genuine battery for a HP 'notebook' - from ebay. Has worked fine last 6 months.
I do need another battery for my daughter's HP Pavilion - that's died and doesn't hold charge.
