Seen a few videos on the tube about filling HP 364 cartridges
my printer seems to be always out of ink even shortly after new cartridges have been put in even though it is not used very often and they cost a fortune
is it worth trying to refil them or will my printer selfcombust

I wouldn't bother, Trout.
Just get aftermarket carts. Most online sellers offer a refund if they don't work.
Pro-Tip: Never update your printer firmware. Usually only updates to kill aftermarket compatibility.
