Someone I know posted a rather malicious event on facebook (and a few other places online). He then had to delete the event, because he was an idiot and should never have posted it in the first place.

I want to make sure that I have a record that the event had actually once been live, and am wondering if it is possible to see an archive of it somehow.

I have the event ID number. Will I be able to see it again? The advice I found elsewhere online seems to be outdated.

Was it the now annual "Poke Binners with a big stick" event?

No luck with Wayback. It's telling me that the page is 'still on the web'.

If you viewed it would it be in your own browser's web cache on your harddrive?
