Just had an offer accepted on a place, but before going any further we're after someone to survey/quote to sort some damp (probably from a roof), and look at the state of a loft (& quote any work needed, there's been movement in the ceilings).
Anyone to recommend/avoid?
If we go forward will probably need recommendations/avoids for all trades in Bristol, so I guess fire away, or if you're interested in the work yourself, feel free to say so 🙂
