The boiler in Mrs B's flat, which is being let out to tenants, has developed a fault.
Due to us not being there in person we get the impression that the letting agency is spinning us a line about the requirement for a new boiler.
Anyone have a recommendation for a local Heating Engineer / plumber who would likely do the repair work rather than just replace the boiler to make more money?
