getting my own place soon and im after a different or alternative xmas tree.im thinking a (fake) one in black or maybe silver but its black i really fancy.anyone seen anything cool/different/ garish etc??
i just wanna be a bit different..
a few years back we went to the woods and found a 6 ft branch that had been blown down, took it home dried it out and then sprayed it silver, and put some decorations on it.
We had a cardboard cut out that the kids painted and stuck on the wall - it was a weird summer Christmas in Oz
Looked like a bit of trendy modern art in the end - sort of.

The Tuxedo Black Christmas Tree oozes with style
Anything that has to be described as stylish isn't.
What Dawson said. It's very effective. We also have one of those curly hazels in the garden and we've cut twigs from that, arranged in a pot and hung decorations from it.
Christmas is kitch and tradition or nothing.
