The requirements are somewhere thats got a good chance of being warm/hot for my beloved who wants to chill out whereas I can chill out for about an hour before I get bored so want somewhere with some good riding possibilities. I'm thinking Finale Ligure in Italy or somewhere in Sicily.I dont want to ride all day,just want to get out for 2-3 hrs then wander around somewhere nice and romantic with the other half. Anyone got any experience of these places or got a better idea?

Ibiza has amazing riding and is very pleasant off season.
Stopped near taormina in Sicily and had a great time. Cycled with these
