for a PS4 in decent lengths (I've yet to measure maybe 10/20 meters), with the plugs on each end.

I want to run it direct from the BT Hub to the PS4. I just want plug & play!

A link would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Amazon basics?

Or do Belkin do one with gold plated connectors & directional wiring at 10x the price?

Links appreciated as I don't have a Scooby. However, I can drill a few holes, thread a cable & plug it in.

Eight hundred and seven pounds fifty pence per ******* meter 👀 ❗❗❗ but that's ok, because it's actually discounted.

May aswell get cat5e STP as opposed to cat5e UTP for the price difference.

STP = shielded twisted pair
UTP = unshielded twisted pair.

If the cable isn't specified, assume it's UTP.

You could get cat6 as it's not that expensive but it's completely overkill for a PlayStation.

Shielded twisted pair has to be installed correctly for it to actually work. ie it needs to be grounded at the ends.
Also a bit heavier and thicker. Not much point in paying any extra for it.

Any Cat 5e / Cat6 UTP will work fine.
Just make sure it is actually copper, some of the cheap stuff is CCA (Copper Clad Aluminium), which may be less reliable, and more easily damaged by bending it etc.

Kenable are good. They also have an Ebay shop, maybe cheaper with postage etc.

Hah, love the bullshit comparison graph on the Starlight Platinum cable, it's way more "design efficient" than the competition - take my money!!!

I'd be inclined to go for this outdoor stuff if I were you. For the sake of an extra couple of quid it's got a beefed up outer which it claims is weatherproof.
