[Closed] recommend me some walks in the Lakes please.

As above...heading down for a long weekend, a couple of 4-6 hour walks between Windermere and the M6 would be ideal, if there's an online map all the better so I don't have to buy one!

Ideas of other stuff to do would also be welcome, thankyouplease.

If you wanted to fit an easy one in then the walk around Haweswater is nice - 10 miles. Very handy for the M6 - there's a minor road taking you right there from Tebay.

Turn off the Kendal - Windermere Road at Stavely, so you also get the chance for fine cake and food at Wilf's or bike shopping at Wheelbase. Just incase you need to re-balance your inner rambler.

Quieter and on the other side of M6 - try the Howgill Fells from Sedbergh.
