hi STW, there are a boat load of gloves available on the great interweb. Way too many tbh.
Can anyone receommend any touchscreen friendly winter gloves ?
Ones where the liner doesn't come out / off every time you take your hand out, or that soaks up water every time it even slightly rains. Don't need to be able to withstand 6 hours in 2 degreee noridc conditions, just the usual rubbish english winter.
Also some really well padded short finger (fingerless ?) gloves to mimise vibration through the bars. As I've been out on rides earlier in the year where the vibratiosn have been really intrusive.
thanks

@StirlingCrispin thanks for that - they look ideal for what I need.
I’ve struggled to find any that work effectively with a touchscreen. I wish I could, I’m using a tablet out of doors for ten hours a day!
Those RAB Infinium convertible glove might be the ticket, though, I’ve got woolly shooters mitts with Thinsulate, but they do start to unravel around the ends of the fingers after a while, those look much better. And not too spendy, either.
Well I bought some for £32, will report back if they work with a phone and whether they’re warm, toasty and waterproof, though I’m not riding in the wet any time soon.
I also bought some Specialized Body Geometry Dual Gel Gloves Black to see if they would help with thenumbness I was getting on long mtb rides.
