Having to do one for my mate...not as easy as I thought 😐

Just looking for some groovy/cool tunes for the "cheese" section...well, not so "cheesey"

I'm thinking along the lines of stuff that everybody likes dancing to - that isn't Agadoo or The Birdie Song.

(We've already got the Indie Disco bit covered - this is just the more "disco" section).

Help?!?!?!? 😕

Michael Jackson

Yep - Billie Jean's going on there for sure. Maybe Beat It too.

Come On Elieen - I think he might kill me slowly if I put that on there 😯

Don't stop till you get enough is the ultimate Jackson floorfilla IMO

Motown. Can never go wrong with Motown at a wedding. "it's your thing" by the Isley brothers is an absolute 100% sure thing

Early beatles medly (twist and shout, saw her standing there etc)

"you can go your own way" by the mac is a bit of a stormer (but lyrical content may he a bit off for a wedding)

Don't you forget about me - Simple Minds (hey, hey, hey, HEY)

Simply the Best - Tina Turner

I believe any wedding ceremony can be declared nul and void if these two tunes are not played afterwards.

I have always been a bit of a closet disco queen 🙂

for floor fillas you needs stuff that has really good strong beat and that everyone knows.

A bit of folk? a jig or two? maybe a reel? Anyone who can organise them into a basic reel?

More modern? well a bit tom Jones no less

Hi-ho Silver Lining by Jeff Beck. Used to be played at every wedding in the whole world.

Woman by the Anti Nowhere League would be a little different.

Grease- mega mix 😀
