You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
I'm having a Hyper - Fractured morning in the office but it's such a corking album I'm not sure where to go after it. Any recommendations that would follow this nicely?
Oooh oooh, me me!
ANYTHING Plump DJ’s from that era, Stanton Warriors, Evil Nine, Freq Nasty, Adam Freeland, Kraft Kuts (his essential mix 27/02/05 is just pure party music! Amazing!) and many many more...
Heady days for breaks the early 00’s! Man I miss those days...
Freestylers - Raw as ****
Well worth checking that one out too if you haven’t yet!
Freq Nasty - Bring me the head of Freq Nasty... Another cracking album.
Saturday Night Lotion was probably my favourite Plumps album, even though it was a DJ mix rather than studio album.
Loved this back in the day...
Shaun Kearney just played this on 6.
Genius.

A Plump Night Out for me.
Kicking off smooth and dreamy moving toward rough and bass heavy!

I used to hang out with Hybrid, many years ago, as I was mates with their sound engineer. I went to Coachella in California with them as well as plenty of clubs around the UK.
Lucky guy!
Now they're a duo their sound is quite different from back then, more poppy now.
Anything by Freestylers, but this is still one of my all time favourite albums. Proper old school breakbeat

Can't get this to work, what am I doing wrong?!
You need to post the link from the share box rather than the page address. It will contain youtu.be like this - //youtu.be/dogvhlY3fNQ Just stick that in without any tags and the forum does some magic
I used to love Son Of The Electric Ghost. I have gurned to this at more than one post-club house party.
Krafty Kuts Mixmag freebie CD from 2001.
No idea how many times I've listened to it, but it's a lot.
Something old:
Something newish:
That Tipper tune is a beauty. I've been listening to his COSM ambient mixes a lot recently too.
He's got a new album out Jettison Mind Hatch.
This thread inspired me to listen to the Plumps mix I posted above while driving back from Leeds last night, bloody hell I'd forgotten quite how good it was. Recommend playing loud.
This thread reminds me of heady days at blowpop at the blue mountain club in brizzle. Those were great nights. Plumps, freestylers, John Carter amongst others were always a great night out. The place was legendary.
