Ok, so my trusty Plantronics Backbeat earphones battery is on its last legs. I got to try some Cambridge Audio ear buds ie push into the ear, create a seal for good sound, but just didn't find that type comfortable.
So have tried Mrs A's Apple Airpods and found them v comfy, voice calling v good and audio just about ok.
So what should I look at that sits in your ear like the Plantronics or Air Pod, definitely not the squishy bud type. (And good sound would be a bonus too!) I have a slight irrational aversion to Apple, and the audio was pretty average.
Thanks
Anker Soundcore Life P2 have a similar form factor to Airpods - only came across them while looking for squishy bud type so haven't any info except from reviews which seem decent enough. IME Anker stuff is OK if not great, and the pricing makes a punt not too painful if it goes wrong - sub £50 IIRC.
Happy with my Anker Liberty neo
