Looking for some active bookshelf type speakers for my turntable now that I'm slowly sorting my home office/man-cave.
Don't want anything that will break the bank - ideally sub £100.
So far I've seen these JVC with Bluetooth and these Edifier with Bluetooth.
Any other recommendations?
Over budget by £75 but Audio Pro T14’s.
Half price, great sound and multi-room capability should that float your boat.
Edit - just realised this model isn’t multi-room compatible but still great speakers.
@woolybackpaul - cheers for the heads up 🙄 just ordered a pair of t20's for £300 👍
Appreciate you’ve already bought, but I listened to some edifier speakers at an Airbnb last year. I was genuinely impressed, they were lovely little things.
When I find a reason to buy some I will.
Would second Edifier.
Edifier 1280 without blue tooth here
Good for the money
Update - just listening to some Pink Floyd on the Audiopro T20's that have just been delivered. Took 5 days to arrive from Scandinavia.
Grade A from the outlet store £300 instead of £600 and literally the only thing I can see is the corner of a sticker.

Easy to set up and sound absolutely beautiful
Glad you like them (I posted up the link).
I’ve got a pair of A10’s and the Audio Pro Sub in the office (sounds grand, it was the spare room until 5 weeks ago) and they’ve made working from home considerably more enjoyable.
👍🏼

Just got mine littering the lounge up at the moment, will be going in the garden office when I've laid the floor this weekend 👍

Audioengine A2 or newer A2+ - a bit over your budget, but a decent pair could probably had from eBay for around £100.
I have 2 pairs of the A2's & they are excellent bookshelf / desktop speakers.
Can someone bump this thread when the outlet has stuff for sale again?
I have a T5 I got cheap (£80) from Currys for kitchen use, and it is insanely good for the size and price. I’d like a C10 or something now as my main hifi replacement, but can’t justify a full price one.
Yes ditto re outlet store. Are the t20s any good, like good sound quality. Quite tempted now i ve watched the YouTube reviews.
I have KRK Rockit 5's. Really good speakers.

I'm no audiophile, but yes, excellent clarity and you hear elements of music you wouldn't on other speakers, reasonable bass too. I wouldn't imagine they'd suit a huge room, but I've not cranked them up full whack yet, so dunno.
Had radio paradise (FLAC) playing earlier through Bluetooth (an oxymoron I know) and they sounded sublime. I'd imagine they are even better through a wired connection
I was looking to replace my Q acoustic BT3 speakers, and it seemed the Edifers came out top in a lot of the 'which BT speakers' in that price range..
In the end I went for KEF LSX which are £££, but sound lovely...
