You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
My wife has now vetoed going back to the gym. She’s signed up to Les Mills on Demand which she did as classes previously at the gym.
Noticed there were spin type classes on there that I could do as I can’t keep up/co-ordinate for most of the HIIT classes on there!!
Anyone have any guidance on what to look for in a spin cycle for home? I presume you can put clip less pedals on them?
I’m sure there’ll be limited availability everywhere like all other home gym stuff but I can start looking.
You can change pedals/saddles on all kinds I've used.
I hired a Spinner NXT from this place some years ago:

It was great to be able to use gym-level equipment at home and to test whether buying would be wise based on how much use it got. Turned out I wasn't motived enough, so back it went 🙂
It was more appealing to use than a turbo, for me, but I just wasn't disciplined enough to keep it up.
