Not sure if the London bit is relevant but anyway, hit me with suggestions for a second hand commuter. Probably only for about a year as I try and make my way from SW London* to Chertsey in Surrey. Ta
*Been looking in Wimbledon but can broaden the search if have my own transport and tbh the prices and landlord attitudes thus far are starting to gall.

I've been doing north London to Shepperton a couple of times a week, Chiswick is half way, a cycle is your friend!
Overall faster than car or train!
I won't be cycling it sadly
Honda PCX - fantastic little scoot.
HONDA ANF125, modern day c90 equivalent. Had a gilera runner 125 for commuting a few years ago was quite fun
+1 for Honda pcx..
I use mine from chertsey to Trafalgar Square but also cycle too!! Scooter about 25-30mins quicker than the road bike!!

Honda PCX - just sold mine on ebay for a stupidly low price, oh well 🙁
It's a perfect scoot for commuting, can't really fault it.
