I've just got some nice pork. The weathers horrible so I was thinking of something comfort foody.
I normally do a pork and apple casserole cooked in cider. Very nice it is too. But I fancy something different today.

My BIL did a sweet pork curry that was fantastic on Saturday.
What cut?
Depending on the cut, I might marinade it in olive ol, bit of sage, bit of thyme, salt , pepper & balsamic vinegar. Thein either roast or grill it. Serve with new potatoes or polenta and maybe a ratatouille!

pork and apple sausages with mashed up spuds, sprouts, caramelised onions, butter, possibly a bit of soft cheese and a rich red onion gravy - then the rest getting shit faced on posh cider 😀

i've done this a few times, it's nice. pork with fennel always works, either fresh or seeds.
