I have one of these. Usually only have four cards in mine. Slim, two note pockets, and wonderfully tactile.

It's rather lovely.

+1 on the Bellroy.

I have one of the older version Note Sleeves, took me ages to find a small wallet that can still hold everything I need.

I won't be changing soon.

Currently have a bellroy, it's nice enough and worn well. When it comes to changing I'll be looking at one of these  https://www.barnesandmoore.co.uk/shop/wallets/

But how do you all carry coins? Do you use separate purses for those?

On the rare occasions I have coins, in my jeans pocket. I never take them out though, so they will only be there when I use a note and get change. Rarely use cash.

I've got an A-Slim wallet from slim wallet junkie which is brilliant. Easily takes 6 cards (I carry 5 + notes generally), nicely made.and compact. Not the slimmest because the cards are stacked but still pretty small. Cheaper than a lot of the other options too.

I generally just use some sort of briefcase arrangement.

Avoids unsightly bulges in the gimp suit when meeting with ladies of negotiable virtue....

Probably a very non-STW answer but Fossil make some nice ones.

I was given one for Christmas and it's very nice.

I got a handmade one from Etsy, same as the one below but in a chestnut colour,

https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/522541297/leather-card-holder-card-holder-leather?ref=shop_home_active_30

Its spot on for me, very well made and looks like it will last a lifetime.

I carry 4 cards and a few notes in it.

Presumably you have your man carry anything as gauche as ‘change’.

Youre not the Queen, are you?

Personally, I like my cards, licence and folding money to be carried in something as robust as possible, while being easy to carry, limiting what can be put in it. I used to use Jimi wallets, but they split and fall apart, I’ve gone through three so far, so I bought one of these:

https://www.waterproof-cases.co.uk/product/peli-0955-sport-wallet/

About as tough a thing as you can get, Pelican make gun cases, and it has a gasket seal so is pretty waterproof.

@hanchurch I love mine. I got the poncy Hackett one but it's exactly the same. Been using it for over a year now and I love it. The only downside is that it's so small and slim I sometimes leave it in my trousers or shorts when i take them off as i don't notice it in there!

This is exactly what you're looking for.

It is only 5mm larger than a credit card on each corner

about 4mm thick

Holds more than 6 cards

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00H9DV9NI/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

... And it's £2.50. Looks very good in real life, if you are how you 'look' it looks like an £80 wallet to anyone nearby

Nah. We just "PayWave" things...Either NFC or card if I don't have my phone to hand. I hate carrying a wallet (but I do carry it in my bag, next to the Corgi treats)

Belroy here too.  Seen the ad that appeared up top years ago and got one . Love it .

it made me condense what I carry , only essentials and got the Stocard phone app for my loyalty cards, so that was them gone.

I've been using a binder clip for over a year now. They come in a variety of sizes, but the one I found lying around at work fits 6 cards, and a couple of notes if needed. Takes a few minutes to get used to getting cards in and out without having to take them all out but I've got no issues now.
