So I've had a Microsoft 5 button intelli-mouse for the last 5 or so years and think it's cracking. It's now showing its age and is starting to wheeze a little.

I'm after something of similar quality.. I'm tempted by the Microsoft Arc but realise this is more of a mobile mouse.. it just looks nice! 🙄

The other I've considered is the Logitech M505

I want something which can be used with either hand too..

Any recommendations out there?

I've got a very similar Logitech one, one of the first ones to come with the little "Nano" receiver (I think it's a VX from memory). Can't fault it, works perfectly and the batteries last for ever. I'd recommend it.

I've had older wireless Logitech and Microsoft mousen, the ones with receivers as big as the mouse on long cables, and they're rubbish in comparison. I guess the conclusion there is, the technology's improved somewhat. (-:

Is there something similar to the Apple trackpad for Microsoft? I'm a recent convert to that and I now find mice very cumbersome to use....
