I've been using a weighted vest with removable blocks up to 20kg, but am going to start needed more weight for dips/chins etc. I could get the same vest up to 30kg, but that's going to be impractical to carry around the gym 🙂
So... anyone got a belt they'd recommend over say a York or other obvious brand?
