I wouldn't get the Bosch. The green stuff ok for diy so not too bad but LIon batteries are better. I think our current STW go to is the Makita LXT. You can pick one up for £100 with the smaller battery. There's some good options from Hitachi and AEG too.

i can vouch for the driver-but the battery at 1.5 ah is not going to last long before it needs re charging--i suppose if your use is occasional it'll be fine--but for constant use you need at least a 3 ah -my mate at work has the full range of hitachi cordless tools --theyre pretty good-i have makita so i tend to stick to them --its a battery thing.....
I have that hitachi at work, it's "fine".
My own kit is makita, it's ace. Feels nicer to use, but more robust and charges faster.
If you're mostly driving smallish screws the 10.8v makita kit is ace, fits in small spaces and lightweight to work with. Having said that I also have other drills.
That Hitachi comes with 2 batteries so you can keep going easily. I much prefer a 3ah in my main drill driver but i've got a couple of 1.1ah as well and the lightness is nice for little jobs.

Two batteries and a really good quality chuck/bit holding thingy. I've used mine 3-4 days a week for months. Really adjustable torque and two sspeeds plus hammer for drilling.

I've got a Hitachi 18v combi with 1.5 batteries which I use at work often throughout the day. I much prefer 1.5 batteries as it makes the drill lighter smaller and more manageable specially in confined spaces, it takes about 2 seconds to change a battery and with the 40 minute charger you'll always have another one ready. I have a 3ah battery in my Dewalt 18v impact driver but that has a completely different role.
I have that Hitachi too.
It's great and as mentioned comes with two batteries. I spent a bit more and got the one with an impact driver included too.
The impact driver is a revelation to be honest. So powerful.
Hitachi are good. I've just picked up a cordless jigsaw by them today too as it happens.
