I’ve just swapped out radio in my S Max as the old one went a bit mad. Got a replacement for not very much off eBay which is marginally less mad, but the Bluetooth doesn’t work (I don’t think it actually has it). Don’t need the faff of swapping it again as the replacement at least doesn’t switch itself on or off randomly.

Can anyone recommend me a visor mounted handsfree Bluetooth based on personal experience? Don’t want to spend a packet on it because:

a) The extent of my car conversations doesn’t normally go beyond “Hi, it’s me. Will be 10 minutes late”.

b) I have 30 quid credit with Amazon.

c) I’m not at all bothered about using it to play music.

Jabra have been in the business for some time:

I don't have any experience of the device directly but it looks simple enough.

Well... that actually works quite well and a was a doddle to set up.

Perhaps making the test call to my daughter was a mistake, as she pretended that she couldn't hear me. The little monkey.
