anything good out there which offers reasonable protection /solid mounting and good viewing of a 5" mobile screened map? want to plan several routes which will require regular reference to the map as unfamiliar and rather twisty and turny!
your recommendations please
thanks in advance

This seems to work ok with my G5. Not solid plastic, and I have some doubts as to long term waterproofing, but does the job ok for me.
What mapping are you using by the way? I'm having mixed results with viewranger.
How easy is it to get your phone out of that decathlon one if you want to take a photo?
It's a complete faff. So if that's important, don't get that one!
i've got viewranger but only used it for occasional reference in the past. will be trying to set it up for route guidance but unable to comment at the moment about how good it proves to be
