Has to be able to charge AA and AAA. Needs to have something to say the batteries are fully charged. Not fussed if they take ages to charge though. Price isn't an issue, within reason.

Seems pretty good and can do "discharge" as well.
Yep - I've been using that same 7dayshop charger for quite a while now.

It can do all sorts of stuff, like test the batteries to see how much they hold, and refresh poor batteries.
